石懷濤,男,1982.09-,安徽阜陽人,博士/博士后,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,機械工程學(xué)院常務(wù)副院長,教育部國際合作聯(lián)合實驗室副主任,遼寧省"數(shù)控機床主軸系統(tǒng)"重點實驗室常務(wù)副主任。
